Returns and Exchanges

All sales are final. We apologize, but we are not able to give refunds as each product is made to order. Once an order is placed, your giveaway entries are automatically and immediately validated and cannot be withdrawn. We cannot tamper with the giveaway entries.


We welcome all exchanges! Any item you would like to exchange for another size or style must be in new, unused, unworn, and unwashed condition. Customer is responsible for shipping back to Redline Society, LLC and shipping charges for the new product. You can exchange merchandise for any item or items of equal value or you may increase and pay the cost increase. We cannot approve any downgrade that would result in a refund. Giveaway entries cannot be altered or rescinded.

All exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of purchase. Any issues with defective merchandise must also be reported within 15 days of the date of purchase for warranty replacement. After 30 days, we have no further liability.

For best results, please send all exchanges with a printout of the original invoice and copies of any correspondence you have had with Customer Service. Please specify the name of the product you would like in exchange, and what size you would like. Please pay the emailed invoice for return shipping upon receipt. Include a screenshot of your confirmation with your return package or email the confirmation with your order number to

Shipping Disclaimer:

Your order will normally ship 5-10 business days after being placed through our website. Delivery times vary due to things including weather, how many orders we receive, status of inventory, and more. Please be patient and we will contact you with a tracking number as soon as it is available.  

Redline Society, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If tracking indicates the package was delivered, the responsibility falls on the customer.

Redline Society, LLC and all related entities are not responsible and cannot be held liable for the timing and/or quality of any shipping services.

Incorrect Addresses:  

We are NOT responsible for incorrect addresses given by the customer or packages stolen after delivery. If the tracking number shows the package was delivered, the responsibility falls on the customer.

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have entered a correct delivery address at checkout. Your items will be sent to the exact delivery address stated on your order and if this is incorrect we unfortunately cannot reimburse you if your order does not make it to you. If your address is incomplete or will not standardize, we will Text you for the missing information. If we do not hear back from you within 10 days from our first Text Message sent to you, your order will be automatically void and no refunds given.

Return to Sender Orders:

If your order has been returned to us due to an incorrect address entered at checkout, we will reach out to you by Text Message. You will have 5 days to respond to the Text message or reach out to us about your missing package. If we do not hear back from you within 5 days, from our first Text Message sent to you, your order will be automatically void and no refunds given. Customer is responsible for shipping charge to resend package.

Sweepstakes Entry Policy:  

Any revisions to orders containing digital entries must be made prior to the close of the promotional period listed in the relevant Terms and Conditions. If you purchase digital products from Redline Society, LLC you are beholden to the dates listed in the relevant Terms and Conditions. We cannot and will not make adjustments after the close of the promotional period. Note: If Sponsor issues a refund to a Participant or if the Participant initiates a credit card dispute or charge-back, the corresponding number of entries associated with the refund, dispute, or chargeback will be revoked. Any credit card disputes or charge backs filed after the Promotion Period has ended are a direct violation of the relevant Terms and Conditions and will be considered sweepstakes fraud and prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

Membership Cancellation Policy: 

To cancel a Redline Society, LLC membership or subscription. Email from the email address associated with your subscription or membership. Include your full name and contact phone number along with your request to cancel.  Please note memberships and subscriptions cannot be refunded after being billed or fulfilled. Make sure to contact us about your cancellation before the 28th of any given month to insure you are not billed for the next billing cycle. All memberships are billed on the 5th of each month. 


In no event will be liable for any damages, including without limitation, direct or indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, losses or expenses arising in connection with this site or use thereof or inability to use by any party, or in connection with any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus or line or system failure, even if, or representatives thereof, are advised of the possibility of such damages, losses or expenses.
